On May 6, we joined the fasting and prayer of all the missionaries serving in the Ferghana Valley. Together with brothers and sisters, we visited the local Muslim shrine.
Despite the physical ailment and the strongest gusts of wind that knocked us down, we nevertheless ascended the mountain with a prayer and blessed this land with the Name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. And when we descended from the mountain, the storm wind that had been tormenting the region for several days gradually subsided. There is power in His Name!
«Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father» – Philippians, 2:9-11.
