Our three main points of prayer are the three strongholds of Tajikistan: corruption, occultism, and domestic violence. We also pray for God’s mercy for this nation, for it is only by grace that God still gives time for people here to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord. We also pray for the specific people God allows us to come in contact with here.
Somehow God arranges our life here so that we rarely have periods of peace, we only dream of stability, and this causes us to constantly seek God’s will and guidance. But thank the Lord for inner peace, which is beyond all reason! Despite external circumstances, peace in the heart and family is a great value that we try to keep.
We also pray for protection. Although we have heard several times that there is no point in praying for this, because God always protects us. But we still pray for protection.
«He also told them a parable that they should always pray and not be discouraged,
saying, ‘In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and was not ashamed of men.
In the same city there was a widow, and she, coming to him, said: protect me from my rival. But for a long time he did not want to. And afterwards he said to himself: though I am not afraid of God and people I am not ashamed of, but as this widow does not give me rest, I will protect her so that she does not come to bother me anymore.
And the Lord said: Hear what the unjust judge says?
Will God not protect His chosen ones who cry out to Him day and night, though He is slow to protect them? I tell you that He will give them protection soon»

We have experienced Satan’s attacks several times here, and some have even been warned about in advance, thank God for that. We do not know the intricacies of this area and try to adhere to the advice of an experienced brother, «Don’t look for demons under every bush». But we cannot close our eyes to the spiritual world either. We know one thing for sure: the Lord never gives us more than we can endure and go through, and with each situation our faith only grows stronger.
The other day there was a spiritual attack on me, and I saw once again how weak I am, my husband literally pulled me out of Satan’s clutches through prayer and the Word of God. And today during the Sunday meeting God gave a word through a brother: the devil is preparing a strong attack again, but already on my husband. Forewarned is forearmed!
We know that there are several people praying for our family today, thank God for you! We thank our Lord Jesus Christ for each of you, your prayers are also a small miracle for us! Some days are so gracious that we realize that today someone asked God for us in a special way.
